From the main window click the "Open Save Game.." button:



Select the game that you want to edit a save state/save game for and click the "Next >" button:



Click the "Browse" button on the next page:



Browse to the save state/save game you want to edit:



If you want to create a backup of the save game/save state click the "Create Backup" checkbox; click "Finish" when complete:



Select the property you want to edit on the left side, change the value in the "Current Value" field, the new value must be between the "Maximum Value" and "Minimum Value":



For string values, the length of the new value must be less than or equal to the "Length" value:
