Q: Do you have...? A: Many people remember other great Turbo games not listed on our site. In a perfect world we'd still be selling new copies of Dracula X, Dungeon Explorer II, Cotton or Magical Chase. Here at Turbo Zone Direct we have always and will always ONLY SELL NEW MERCHANDISE. The last American release for this beloved system was Bonk 3 CD in December of 1994. The last PCE release was released in 1997. If you don't see the title that's because we don't have it, nor can we get more. Thousand of you have asked us to sell used games, but we won't/can't for a number of good reasons. Can you imagine how many copies of Keith Courage we might have to collect? On the other hand what right-thinking human would give up their copy of Devil's Crush? So...what you see is what we've got. If you're looking for more, you'll have to find a used copy on the Internet. There's always ebay, rec.games.. or find the Turbo Mailing List. But be careful out there! We do not recommend any of these sources, we're only passing on information that you may need. Everything we have is new, untouched by human hands until we pick your order. Every day people ask "What's going to happen when you run out of games?" We have so many games that won't happen soon. We've been here for over nine years (!) and hope to be here for many years to come. Yes, we've sold out of many titles and some of the remaining titles we have left are in very short supply, but overall we have thousands of pieces left.

Q: You used to do repairs on out-of-warranty systems, what happened to that?

A: As of May 1, 2001, our contract wit NEC has expired. For seven long years both NEC and TZD had extended an excellent program, but we've reached the end of the road.

We are currently looking for individuals and companies who can assist the Turbo Communitee in offering repairs. We will update this site when a suitable repair facility has been located.

You good people have been our life-blood for seven years and we value every one of you. We think we have an excellent reputation and we aim to keep it. To us it's more about playing the game than running a business. (The business side is our sister company called American Pie a great mail order music catalog www.ampie.com .) You have created and sustained a legend in the Turbo community. Imagine a system that has been dead for over seven years that has such a devoted following! We salute you, humbly thank you and appreciate your support. Together we can keep the torch burning just a little bit longer. This is not eye candy we sell, this is about incredibly fun games played by people who know the difference- YOU!
